Above Soufrière

A newly built villa set into the hillside above Soufrière, with the Pitons standing directly across the valley and the Caribbean beyond them. The living space opens end to end, so the view is present from the kitchen counter to the far edge of the pool.

Days here tend to organise themselves around the water. The infinity pool runs to the edge of the terrace and appears to spill into the jungle below; the loungers face the peaks. Inside, a long timber table seats eight against a full-height glass wall, and the sitting room folds open onto a shaded terrace for the hours when the sun comes round.
